CAREWare Server Updates

The Healthy Start CAREWare server was upgraded on

Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 11:00pm ET 

Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11:00pm ET

to fix bugs with Custom Reports and the HSMED-II Validator.

*** Reminder ***

Monthly Aggregate Report no longer due

During last month's Conversations with the Division (on Wed 7/28), HS grantees were reminded that the last monthly aggregate report was due by July 31st.

While the Aggregate Report will remain available, maintenance has been discontinued. If your project needs assistance building an aggregate report for your project in CAREWare, please submit a TA request by visiting the Healthy Start EPIC website.

Features Update

Required Fields for HSMED-II Marked by Asterisks

To improve data entry and submission of client-level data to HSMED-II, asterisks (*) have been added in front of questions in the data collection forms that are required for submitting client-level data to HSMED-II.

CAREWare Support

The CAREWare Support team at TASC is available to assist Healthy Start projects in learning about and adopting CAREWare. This includes (but is not limited to) providing personalized demonstrations and trainings. Additionally, CAREWare Support can assist Healthy Start projects in customizing CAREWare by adding custom fields, forms, and reports.
